Guess whose fuel lines (and everything else in the general area) decided to corrode through after 23 years... This guy! Down side, repair costs. On the plus side, I love the smell of gas. Can I cut out the bad section and replace it with fuel grade hose? I’m guessing, though, if the lines were so bad they rusted through, tightening a hose clamp on them might do more harm.

I also found a hole in the floor about 1.5 x 3.5 inches big. Yay.

Yeah, you’re not going to want to try to patch it unless you can get to an corroded section on both ends. Sucks, man.

Can’t just use hose over the line. Even if it was carbed it would be dicey with no positive retention.

If it was carbed, it’d be okay

If it’s injected, I’d just replace the entire line

Not too difficult of a job to do yourself
